The Boathouse

Situated at the waters edge, this small barn is perfect for a peaceful relaxing break. Its open plan design allows the barn to accommodate up to 2 persons although a cot or small bed can be added for toddlers and babies.

The spacious kitchen is equipped to a high standard with integrated oven and hob with extractor; microwave; dishwasher; fridge/freezer and washing machine. Leading off the kitchen is an open plan dining room/lounge. Enjoy the fantastic view over the gardens and further to the rolling hills of the Bodmin moor from the reclining leather suite or simply partake in a glass of wine and watch the flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD. Large patio doors open out into the garden where guests are welcome to enjoy the waterfowl and wildlife around the lakes.

The galleried bedroom is approached via a staircase from the kitchen. A small but comfortable bathroom with shower and bath leads off the bedroom. Guests can watch the wall mounted flat screen T.V. whilst lying in bed or take in the moorland and lake views through the large French doors that open out onto a glass balcony.

Guests are welcome to use the shared garden that also has BBQ facilities. Plenty of parking is available at the farm. Prices are available on our tariff page, they include bed linen, electric and oil. One dog is allowed by arrangement. Regret, no smoking within the property.

All prices include bed linen and towels, laundry facilities, electricity, oil and free fishing for your entire stay.
