The Hospitality Suite at Polhilsa provides an ideal location for conferences and meetings.

If your schedule allows, delegates can enjoy a walk around the fishing lakes taking in the tranquil Cornish countryside and views to Bodmin Moor.

Easily accessible from the A388, Polhilsa is situated just 2 miles north of Callington and has plenty of available parking in the farm yard.

Equipment available as required includes Projector; OHP; Whiteboard; T.V. and Wi-Fi connection.

Catering facilities available as required.

Disabled visitors welcome.

B&B accommodation on site.

The room is adaptable to meet your individual requirements but as a guide will accommodate:

• Theatre style seating up to 40.
• Boardroom style up to 25.
• Classroom style up to 30.

Day Room Hire Only Rate:
£75.00 (Inclusive of tea, coffee and biscuits as required; mints; jugs of iced water and any required equipment).

Day Delegate Rate (minimum of 10 people)
£17.50 per person to include all the above and light lunch.
£22.50 per person to include all of the above and 2 course lunch.
